OH MY GOD.  Seriously?  You are more diligent than 99% of the other homeowners in your situation would be, and you are still getting the runaround?  Unbelievable.  You should send this to one of the news programs so that can use it as an example of how well our stimulus/bailout money is being spent. 

So how did the yelling go today?

[this is good] Some companies will seemingly go the extra mile in attempt to do the wrong thing.  It isn't just Chase I have had my fair bad share of insurance companies as well.  Now you expect to get screwed by a insurance company, but when they will not go to bat for you when you're shelling out years of money with no claims you'd think that they may do something.  Not the case.

Anyway, excuse the rant.  Really bites you had such a bad experience.

I hope chase sucks is going to read this we have been going through the samething with your morgage but with wells fargo and thought we were done sending papers in the first part of sept. now we get a notice with a new payment plan with a payment we can afford thought finally looked it completely over to find out were three months behind and we just got it so here I go more phone calls but it does look like some daylight cause we have a lower payment rate

This is unbelievable!  I have been going through an almsot identical situation with Chase for almost two years!!!  They are the most incompetent bunch of employees I have ever dealt with.  I have been in public relations for over twenty year.  Any other company would have been in trouble for the customer service skills and lack of communication they run.  They tell you one thing and you can call right back, get a different CSR and get a completely differnt story, I did this four times in one evening just because I dont trust what they tell me. 


They must lose documentation.  For two years I have sent them the same information repeatedly and a few weeks later, they request it again.  They never call us we constantly call them and their answer is ALWAYS we need updated information.  Seriously, this company is a joke.  I honestly can not believe they get away with it. 


Two years and still NO results, I have complained to every agency you can think of and nothing.  Suprisingly I am still in my home, I have no clue why, they have refused a modification for various reasons and keep putting me back in the system but no payments have been made.  At one point i was on a trial mode that was suppossed to be three months then made final, after making eight payments and sending them certified letters and many phone calls asking for something in writing they still have not.  So I quit making all payments until they can atleast send me something stating what the current status of my modification is????
